All items have LVYUAN's 30-day return period unless advertised otherwise.
If the item you ordered is defective, please contact us within the 30-day return period and we will replace the defective item for you, unless the original warranty supersedes our 30-day return period. If no suitable replacement is available, refunds will be made to the original form of payment or company check.
We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.
Return (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost should depend on the courier company you choose.
If, due to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.
There are no restocking fees charged to consumers for returned products.

Step 2: We will authorize your return with our return shipping address.
Step 3: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.
Step 4: Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will email you a receipt notification. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Our Warranty Terms and Conditions
Luyuan products are free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of original receipt. If such defects occur during this period, our sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective parts or products with similar parts or products at Luyuan's sole discretion. All Auxbeam products come with ongoing support through our limited lifetime warranty after their respective warranty period expires. Limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance and does not include accessories or replacement parts.
If the item is out of production or out of stock, we will provide a refund or the customer can pay the balance to get another one. Refunds for any overpayments or supplementary payments for any underpayments. (Clearance items do not enjoy warranty service).
If there is a problem with your item, please submit a ticket to our support center first Please follow our warranty process carefully to minimize any delays:
1. Describe the problem of your project in detail: What happened? When? how? Please also include your full order number and product code (SKU number).
2. Tell us what steps you have taken to resolve the problem.
3. Provide the item number indicated on the outer packaging.
4. Send clear photos or videos showing the defect; these should be taken in good light.
NOTE: Ideally, photos/videos should be sharp and focused, taken in good lighting conditions, at close to medium distances. This allows us to identify and verify issues. We will always do our best to assist you. Thank you in advance for providing all the above information.
If you have any after-sales questions, please contact our support center directly and they will provide you with a solution according to your situation. They will confirm if you need to return the item and to which address you can return it. The following section describes the processing time required after receipt of your returned item.
For exchanges, the processing time for exchanged items will be between 3-6 business days upon receipt of your item and depending on stock availability.
For refunds, the processing time for the refund after we receive your returned item. After this time, the refund time will depend on the payment method.
